  1. I have not tried these but I have friends that have tried cutting the tips off. Then they can't suck on them anymore. I have also heard of tying them to a balloon and sending them to the Binky Fairy!

  2. You could cut off the end and show her it is "broken." You could do the balloon thing and tell it "bye-bye." You could have her give it to a baby and explain how the baby needs it now. There are lots of ideas. Think of what you think she could relate to most. Like I was saying last night, Jason gave his to the dinosaurs and that is all it took. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.

  3. Seriously, she is cute.. I have heard that after their 1st birthday the bink NEEDS to be taken away because after that point its harder for children to be taken off of it! So that is exactly what I did and had NO problem what so ever. I have heard of putting that disgusting finger nail polish that is ment to taste terrible (to stop finger nail biters) around the bink, so the second it touches her tongue it comes right back out. Try that I've heard it successful! Good luck hope it works for ya!

  4. Hey mollie!!! Kruz used to have to have one in his mouth and hold one in each hand. I tried cutting the tips off but he still wanted them, so I found them all and threw them away. It was hard for the first few days, but then he forgot about them. ps... she is soooo adorable!!!

  5. With Devarian I did cold turkey. He was upset for maybe a day or two (at bed-time). Then he was fine. Kids adapt to change very well. A few people I know did the cutting a little off everyday, until they couldn't suck it anymore. It eases them into it, instead of just cutting the whole thing off. You just gotta do what feels right to you. Good luck! :)
